Requirements for Admission
In addition to the general requirements for admission to graduate
studies at the Río Piedras Campus, applicants must
meet the following additional requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (not
necessarily in Sociology) of an accredited university
- GRE or EXADEP scores
- One undergraduate course in sociological
theory and one in statistics
- Basic computer skills,
or experience in statistical programs such as SPSS,
SAS, or their equivalent
- A copy of a research paper,
monograph, or published article;
- Full command of English
and Spanish.
Requirements for Graduation
Students
must fulfill the general requirements for graduation from the
Río
Piedras Campus.
