Responsabilities
The DAA holds the following responsibilities:
- Orientate graduate programs on current academic regulations and standards
- Develop and implement work plans, including student learning assessment, that provide a continuous cycle of graduate-program evaluation
- Support the evaluation processes of graduate programs
- Support graduate programs in creating development plans in response to the needs and strengths observed in the evaluation process
- Support graduate programs in their professional accreditation processes
- Assist in the development of new academic programs
- Assist in the creation, modification, and elimination of graduate courses
- Foster and support the development of graduate-level renewal, innovation, and transformation projects
- Develop systems and processes to facilitate and accelerate the collection, management, and analysis of vital data for graduate programs
- Publish the Graduate Catalog
