Admission Requirements per Graduate Program

Aspiring applicants for admission to graduate programs must meet the following general requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from a recognized university or college.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.oo in a scale of 4.oo.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Capacity for critical analysis.

Transcripts

  • Admission applicants

    You must request a student copy of the credit transcript to place on your admission application. However, you must request that your home university send an official credit transcript with a conferred degree. It can be in digital format to email admisiones.degi@upr.edu or to the following postal address:

  • Student graduated from UPR-RP

    Applicants who are studying or completed their academic degree at the UPR RÍO PIEDRAS must only attach a student copy of the credit transcript with the most recent studies completed at the Institution.
